Here is everything you need to know about how we process, pack and deliver your freeze dried candy.
We do our best to process all orders received before 4pm EST on the next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by another notification when your order has shipped.
Express Post orders receive top priority in the Freeze Dried Candy Lab and are always the first orders fulfilled and dispatched.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We use Australia Post for worldwide deliveries, with rates based on the weight, size and destination of your order.
Freeze dried candy is fragile, so we carefully choose a box that protects your goodies without tightly cramping or squashing them. The cubic size of the protective packaging can affect the shipping rate, even when the candy itself is lightweight.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time is determined by Australia Post, the service selected and your location. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout where available.
The Freeze Dried Candy Lab does not have a shopfront and does not offer public access or order pick-up. We are strictly an online business offering worldwide delivery.
We offer international shipping to destinations currently supported by Australia Post. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, when it reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
